📜 Our Expectations (and Values)

1. Treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or level of tech proficiency. Use welcoming and inclusive language. Listen more than you speak, and value diverse perspectives — assume you don’t know.
2. Act professionally in all Arc-related activities, both online and offline. Remember, you represent Arc on your campus — show up with heartfelt intensity.
3. You're on the hook for the team. Support your fellow ambassadors and The Browser Company. Your success is our success, and vice versa.
4. Be truthful in your interactions and uphold academic integrity standards.
5. Protect confidential information about The Browser Company and unreleased Arc features.

🙅‍♀️ Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Discrimination, harassment, or offensive conduct based on protected characteristics
• Bullying, threats, or violent language
• Unwelcome sexual advances or sexualized language
• Sharing others' private information without permission
• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors

Violations of this code may result permanent removal from School of Browser.

🗣️ Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this code, please report it immediately to [email protected]. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

The Browser Company also reserves the right to remove posts that violate our code of conduct and suspend members from our owned community and spaces.
